• Your report could not be generated due to a technical error.
• You were charged incorrectly or multiple times.
• The report content is materially incomplete or inaccessible.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not provided if the report was successfully delivered and accessible, or if the request is made beyond the 7-day window. Change of mind refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@facskan.com with your payment receipt and reason for the refund. Our team will review and respond within 3-5 business days.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
